I have a very thick Indian coin with script similar to yours from Nawanagar.

I am sure an expert will come along soon to give a positive ID.

Thanks to both jbuck and andyg for your timely help! My grandfather (born in England in 1879 and migrated to USA in 1904) left this coin to my father with many other coins. This was the only coin not from England or US. No explanation of it. And now my father left it to me.
