I would like some comments about the coin. I like the color and the price. The obverse appears to be over graded or a soft strike and the reverse is accurate for the grade. The seller does not offer refunds so if I do not like it in hand, it will be a pain to return. -see link below-

Price is a tad high, but not ridiculous.

Surfaces look original and grade is right.

I'd make an offer of $220 and see if they accept.

Pictures are poor.
In a PCGS holder I'd tend to go with the grade.
And in a PCGS holder I can understand the "no refund" stance.

It seems like a nice looking coin. I'd make an offer of around $210 - $230.
