Sorry, but it is not a Doubled Die. What you are seeing on the reverse was caused by Split Plate Doubling. That happens when the Copper plating gets stretched out from the strike and splits, causing the Zinc core to get exposed. I also see heavy Die Deterioration Doubling on the EPU as well from the die being in a Very Late Die State. Worth face value since these type of doubling don't command a premium.
