I found this 1994 D Lincoln Cent and am baffled as to why these marks are on this cent. I am convinced it was someone who has a lot of times on their hands. I am just curious as HOW they could have been made. The punch mark on the obverse does not show through on the reverse and the half moon punch mark on the reverse do not go through to the obverse. The huge raised semi circle in the front of the Memorial is not from the punch mark on the on the obverse as it is located in a different area than the punch mark on the obverse. All three punch marks are deep and do not correspond with one another. Also you can cee the die clash of Lincolns bust outline at the bottom of the Memorial. Insight needed!
