Hi All,

I have been told that NGC has an edge over PCGS with regards to foreign coins - i.e their grading is more acceptable as accurate per world grading standards.

On the US coin front - is there a reputational difference between the 2.

Thanks,

Zohar

PCGS is considered to have a slight edge over NGC here in the US in my opinion.PCGS graded coins will bring a slightly higher premium over the same coin in a NGC slab, but there both excellent grading companies.
As far as world coins,I couldn't say.

I have heard several complaints about NGC badly overgrading and/or mis-identifying Australian coins, can't say I've heard any about PCGS.
