Hi, I'm new here .. still learning:) I thought this penny was in great shape, but the more research I do the more I question myself:) What grade would you all consider this coin?

Can't assign a grade using these pictures. With 1.7 billion cents minted at Philadelphia in 1968, these are common in any grade, even gem BU.

I almost forgot . . .
