@Leeevi, yes there is something going on with the date, although I can't tell if it is MD or excessive die wear. On the rev, all I see is surface crud and perhaps staining. Have you considered giving this coin a nice bath in acetone? If all of that is actually surface texture, then I'm thinking that this coin has been briefly exposed to acid.
