While sorting through my 20c coins I have come across two Cuds that may be of interest. No doubt they are not new discoveries however I can't seem to find any reference to them in past posts.
Both occur separately on the 1999 20 cent coin.

The first appears as an extra curl where the queens hair joins the back of the neck. It can be seen quite clearly with the naked eye.

The second is approx 2mm long and is at the base of the neck to the right of the designers initials.

I would be interested to know if these Cuds appear on other 20c in any other years or are they peculiar only to the 1999 coin.

I'll have to look through my 1999 20¢ errors & see if I've got any of those.

I know these exist on 1999, but don't know if I have them.

obv Cud, front of hair near U - rev, Cud below p'pus eye
obv, multiple Cuds, base of neck, bottom lip, bottom back of HM's hair line
obv Cud, queens cheek under eye

I know I have some 20¢ with a Cud at the base of the neck to the right of the designers initials, I haven't documented them yet, but I believe I have them occurring on several years. I'll get around to checking all my 20¢ errors one day.

I can't recall seeing the extra curl where the queens hair joins the back of the neck.

I haven't seen the Cud at the base of the hairline before.

I have however seen what I call the neckline Cud. It occurs in a number of years and appears to be fairly mobile, moving left and right along the neckline. I haven't got my memory stick on me, so I can't confirm the years. I'll check later and confirm.
