I am going to say PSD because there is no reeding left. My guess is the nickel clad was removed somehow and that might be part of the reason the reeding is missing also.

Not the 'ED' everyone else was thinking of. Environmental-Damaged. The coin spent sometime outdoors and was returned to circulation. They turn that color out there.
