Was just wanting some help with understanding if this is PMD ke not, and also,my Red Book says this year and mint mark quarter is worth like 18 bucks? In great condition anyway, so if that's the case should I put it in a 2 by 2 and put it up or just throw it in the change jar going to coin star? Thanks for any help

I'm seeing a lot of wear at the motto. I'd say it's spendable.

I agree that it's wear. The RedBook says it's worth 18 bucks in a certain condition, likely a high MS grade. This coin is not in a high MS grade and is therefor perfectly alright to spend.
