We recently ended up with a pretty vast collection of Bolivian Proclamation coinage, and trying to research a bit.

The only reference I have currently is 'Bolivian Proclamation Coinage' by Davis Burnett, published in 1987. Has there been any additional publications since then on this topic?

I wish you luck. It's a stumbling block for me too. In C19th books and auction catalogues I come across references such as Fon. 6894 which I believe refers to a study by E. Fonseca. And I haven't tracked that down yet either. A few proclamation medals occur with what look like Rulau numbers, from which book I don't know.

Send me some images and I may be able to assist.

I would assume the "Fon" number would be a Fonrobert number.
