This pre-reform example came up on the block today from Numismatic Naumann (one of my go to auction houses). Yes it has issues, but for the price I could not resist it. My new addition is below. This will make another great addition to my 12 Caesars set. Frequency Acsearch: 13 Coin Archives: 0 CNG archives: 2 NERO (54-68). Denarius. Rome. (18 mm 3.14 g.) Obv: NERO CAESAR AVG IMP. Bare head right. Rev: PONTIF MAX TR P VII COS IIII P P / EX - S C. Ceres standing left, holding grain ears and torch. RIC² 24 (R3) Condition: Near very fine..
