You ever imagine what would happen if a 2009 dime shows up as you are in the process of roll hunting..and within 20 seconds you have a 2009-P dime in your hand from the roll!

2016-D...got a few.. but I know what you really mean. It will take countless lifetimes of roll hunting to pick one of those up. $15 just for an intentional restrike! I saw some of the real deal at a coin show last weekend and thought I'll never be able to afford one.

That is odd... and no, they're not getting any easier to find.

I remember seeing a bunch of loose dimes on the ground in front of a Walmart not too long ago - 16 dimes altogether, and one was a 2009-P! I find one approximately every 6,000 coins. The 2009-Ds are also hard to find. I average right around two per 2,500 coin box.
CRH Nickeloholic. 1,600,000 nickels searched in eight years! Have found FOUR complete Jefferson sets!
