It will take countless lifetimes of roll hunting to pick one of those up. $15 just for an intentional restrike! I remember seeing a bunch of loose dimes on the ground in front of a Walmart not too long ago - 16 dimes altogether, and one was a 2009-P! I find one approximately every 6,000 coins. The 2009-Ds are also hard to find. I average right around two per 2,500 coin box. CRH Nickeloholic. 1,600,000 nickels searched in eight years! Have found FOUR complete Jefferson sets!
