Is This 2003 Lincoln Penny A Double Die?

GG310 New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 03/09/2018 03:30 am The area that seems to show the most doubling is the word states But I'm almost positive there is doubling on the whole reverse As for the obverse it is not so obvious Can anyone confirm that this is indeed a Double Die?
