The area that seems to show the most doubling is the word states

But I'm almost positive there is doubling on the whole reverse

As for the obverse it is not so obvious

Can anyone confirm that this is indeed a Double Die?

Also - for what it might be worth - the correct term is "doubled die" - and not double die...

Just saying...

You mean doubled die, right?

GG310, your coin looks normal to me.I don't see any DD.
