Nice find! I would grade it at MS-65, but I"m not an expert at grading.

Based on the inability to judge accurately from the piz provides, it is above a 62 but lower than a 65, sorry best that can be given. And that is MD not a DDR, you see a distinct reduction in the original design thereby REDUCING the device(star) size. The hammer die jumped and coin raised ever so slightly with it to rebound and get shaved off.

Looks like a doubled die. That's how they look on Kennedy DDR's from my experience.

I thought it looked almost exactly like the ones on PCGS's website. It isn't flat and shelflike like MD so that's why I was wondering

I agree with being a DD, but does not look like the FS-802 since there are no notched corners on the RICA evident.It is a minor doubling and it maybe due to WHO (working hub doubling)
Coin is in a nice condition, sharp and with a great eye appeal, there are spotty distractions on the obverse I will be at MS-63/64
