I love 3 cent silvers, and that one is in pretty nice shape.. lack of wear on shield lines and arrow detail makes me think it may grade as "M"..
..but that is pretty "shiny" for a 150+ year old coin.. perhaps "cleaned". or "old cleaning" ?
.. so may get details.
But these "trimes" are tough to grade, especially since they are so small, so will defer to better experts on this one.. definitely not one myself!

Bstraus (sp?) is really great at grading these. To me it looks like an ms coin but every time I stick my neck out on one of these, it usually gets chopped off.

I'll say 63 with little conviction.

Definitely a weak strike and quite the clash. A lot more than the finning on the reverse C arms that is a sign of a mint state coin. The ? arrows are likely planchet marks that didn't strike out (again weak strike). There is a tiny bit of rub on the top of the diamond: I'm going AU details because there is something that looks like a bend or wrinkle on the obverse ES in STATES and the top point of the star. Which seems to have carried to the reverse (bottom two stars look flattened?)

... difficulty in grading these is why I would (personally) stick with only "slabbed" Trimes when I finally get to them for my collection...

Your photo minimizes the rim ding. And the wear point on the reverse diamond.
