So I got this coin and curious if it's PMD or strike through? Also, I have this at an AU 53-55. Wanted to get opinions on if I'm close. Thanks for the help

Above the head is PMD, like it was halfway holed.

I would put it about VF-35 and approaching XF, notwithstanding the damage.

Ok. What about the 45 deg rotation? Does that command any higher of premium?

Not really, many varieties of classic head Half Cents have rotated reverses.
