Arabic Dog Coin? | Tibet Copper 5 Skar

It's a 5 skar dated on the cyclical Tibetan calendar Cycle 15, Year 56; this equates to 1922 AD. Listed in Krause as KM/Y# 19.1, Upper Dode mintmark variety. The creature in the centre obverse is a mythical Snow Lion.
