I've been watching some of this guys auctions and all the coins look the same do you guys think they are all cleaned/dipped or do you think they are legit

I look at a lot of IHCs on ebay, and I've seen this seller's coins before, but I'm never inclined to buy because the photos are always a scale below needed to determine what's going on. Yeah, I'm naturally suspicious when there's reason, and those early Lincolns look particularly funny.

The first coin and only coin I looked at was -- to my untrained eye--
obviously cleaned.

It may be that he's using a scanner rather then a camera and gets weird exposures.
