What are your thoughts on the grade of this 1914 large cent? Also, there seems to be a filled die (?) on the top of the "O" in GEORGIVS. I don't think it's PMD, what do you all think?

I'd say AU-58 or MS-62/63 depending on whether the weakness in the crown is a weak strike or a little wear.

Interesting GEURGIVS variety! :)
