It's in such poor condition and not a particular nice example of a clip, face value

It's actually in surprisingly good condition. My phone actually just has a lot of noise going on, it's an android camera.

from what I can see it looks like PMD. I don't see any tapered rims around the edges of the clips and no visable blakesley effect. plus I have never seen any double straight clips at that angle. better pics would help.

Oh well, better luck next time I guess. I'll just keep it with my odds and ends. By the way, what is the blakesley effect? I've never heard of that before.

Under "Glossary" in the left hand column,
click on B and scroll down to blakesley effect.
