TNG Bedrock of the Community United States 10284 Posts	Posted 03/14/2018 10:46 am Full steps are generally, only an added factor in value on uncirculated and sometimes proof Jefferson nickels. Although, I might get pretty excited over finding an AU 1953S 1954S 1969D with 4 or 5 full steps, and some other tough issues, a common circulated modern ( after 1970 ) Jefferson usually will not have any added value over face.
