Yep, Thailand 1 baht. The date is on the reverse (coat of arms side), the four symbols from 2 o'clock to 4 o'clock. These are Thai numerals, and read "2505". This is the Buddhist calendar; their Year 2505 corresponds to 1962 AD.

Unfortunately, this is probably not the actual year it was struck. The Krause catalogue notes that this coin (KM/Y# 84) was struck from 1962 to 1982, with the 2505 date "frozen". Krause gives a total mintage over the 20 year period of 883 million, making it a very common coin.
