Just picked this up for my 7070 collection. Thoughts on a grade?

At least 55. Details are too blurry for examination of design element high points.

I'd say EF-45 with old cleaning.

AU-50. Old cleaning (chemical) that has retoned in a reasonably acceptable way. This is a later die state of one of the obverse "E" die clash varieties. The flat head is less due to weak strike and more due to die wear. You can see a small die crack from the top of the left wreath to the rim, and the reverse rim is in the very early stages of what later becomes a series of rim Cuds.

I think it's impossible to judge surface quality from those pics. So judging just on out-of-focus pics on technical merits would put me at au-55.
