Affected devices appear to be the correct size (to me), doubling appears rounded as well. Please have a look and let me know what you think. Is this the real deal? Close-ups of the doubling I see are at the bottom. Thanks!

The last two images look interesting, but are too close to see what/where this is going on. The first image show Machine Doubling on the lower leaves.
Wexler lists nothing this year/mint for a doubled die.
Same for Variety vista.
But I would like to see some images away back a bit to see what I'm seeing?

First close up is of the left leaf bottom, and the last image is from the right leaf close up. Should I try to take at an angle?

Just a way back to see what area is affected. I think I figured it out. But the last two images makes it not look like MD. The first image shows it as Machine Doubling. I was looking at the outside edge of the leaves and see it as doubling, but I was wrong, the inside area is MD. You image is showing the reduction that was happening. With the image too close it made it harder to see what was going on. But I think I've got it now. It is all Machine Doubling. This happened another time where the angle was just opposite what I was thinking I was looking at.
From this angle it looks like a doubled die:

But rotated 180 degrees it is really Machine Doubling:

Okay, here you go. When I move back, the edges get shadowed. Will these work?

It is just Machine Doubling on all images. I just figured this out a couple of minutes ago. (but it was a great education for me and the others here. It helps our eyes to focus better.

Thanks for having a look for me. It still looks rounded to me for some reason. Just when I think, "Yes! I can post this one..." :) -This DD identification is much more difficult than I suspected, for sure.

Sounds like we need a 'Dimes' (Rosey and Mercury) thread on DDO, DDR of different types? Seeing them side by side helps a lot.

Hello, I've been thinking about asking this for a couple of days since I am still confused as to whether I have a DD here or if Ken's photos resemble what I have as well. Also, in looking at the reverse of my original post, I notice that the E in ONE has a line top right and is larger than the E in DIME. What type of error is this? Thanks so much!
