1990 Nickel Error (P) - Coin Community Forum

It looks like a MAD coin, but from that side view it is not strong enough to make the devices fall over the edge. But the location of the devices maybe the issue. If a coin is off center enough, then the devices become wear on the opposite side. Then I would view it as a collectable. Note the weaker area on the reverse?
