For my last contest, I purchased a lot of NGC slabbed 1943-S nickels in MS-66 for prizes.

I kept one for myself.

Yours seems to be a later die state? Or a lower grade? Nice pics, considering you took them through the slab.

I don't know about grade, but I do believe it is a later die state as the die crack on Jefferson's shoulder is not mentioned in the listing.
