I have these two padded brass items that I have catalogued as Toy coins but I'm not sure and don't have a reference. As I say, Padded Brass and 22mm

If you look at the reverse, you'll spot a seam around the rim. These are known as Shell Cards. Two discs of brass, one marginally larger than the other, folded over a cardboard disc for rigidity and then crimped together. Mostly used for advertising and Cartaux were the industry leaders.
