The last one came from someones dump of BU 1959 cents. looks like they missed this one! None of them have the blakesley effect on them. Just got a usb microscope so I'm loving taking pictures.

On slight clips the Blakesly is hard to see, but should be there, if nothing else it is a smashed looking rim. The 59 is a good example of a straight edge clip, end of plate blank. Good pick from rolls.

Being a possible MS example, would you recommend getting it slabbed?

No, the market for these doesn't warrant getting a common date coin slabbed for a small clip. The fees would be cost prohibitive.
