1973-P Jefferson Partial Collar Error Found In Bank Roll

I am assuming this is a partial collar, rather than an encased-cent type PSD, since the coin is a little bit larger than a normal nickel. Report this Post to the Staff

Sorry about that @aristarchus123, but I thought that you had laid a "regular" nickel on top of the nickel in question for the edge pic--my bad.
