I still have not found a match for your medal/token, but would make these observations from the searching I've done.
The general design shows up often in Joan of Arc religious medals: Joan on one side, with a field of fleurs de lis as background, and on the other side, emblems of the Kingdom of France, and place names related to her life. Here is another medal that is NOT much like yours, but has all these same features:

Two things that are different about yours are that Joan is kneeling (I saw very few medals like this), and the motto "Dieu et mon roy," which I did not see on any other medals, nor could I find that this is a quote attributed to her (there is quite a bit of contemporary documentation of things she said in her audiences with the king and other nobles, and of course at her trial).
When Joan of Arc was beatified in 1909, and especially when she was canonized in 1920, there was a proliferation of medals issued commemorating the events. But many of them included the date or year in the design, and yours does not.
I know that doesn't get us any closer to identifying the origin. But maybe someone else with expertise in tokens/medals will find a clue here that will help.
