40 is about right on this very common issue. Appears to have a bit of verdigris.

I'd buy this stuff at shows for much better prices if I wanted this type of coin.

I believe the porosity we are seeing is from the 2x2 holder. I do see a possible rim nick by the "D" in "UNITED". XF-45

Surfaces on this one look much better than seller's pics which seemed to maybe indicate corrosion.
