About as rare as finding Shield cents with milk spots! VERY common, a bit harderer in nicer condition tho.
RCB, I still am skeptical of finding multiple 1982D sm date coppers in circulation. That one found last year is a fluke, possibly one-of-a-kind anamoly. There would surely be more found if a loading bin of copper blanks was mistakenly put into the production line...at least by now, 35 years later!
