I'm not sure exactly what this is! Can anyone help me with a lil bit of this coins origin and history? Maybe even the metal contents and value?

Not a coin for sure, but rather appears to be a Las Vegas promotional token. I see others with different reverses on the interwebs.

I have doubts it contains any silver. Perhaps plated.
