What type of error is the 1960 D cent and is the 1962 D a DDO? Thanks

Machine Doubling on the 1962.

The 1960 is just showing coin damage, probably from a vending machine. (gumballs were popular that year)
Rim on coin is also bent. (probably dropped or used in a coin toss)
