1993 LMC Radically Misaligned Die Clash

Found this last year. Crazy misaligned die clash in amazing condition! This one is MDC-1c-1993-01, with one of the largest horizontal misalignments. How rare are these RAD MAD clashes and what may one like this be worth?

I see something at the back of his jacket collar, but what part of the reverse die would cause that clash Mark? I don't see any clash mark on the reverse that would help tell me how the dies were oriented when the clash occurred. Could you possibly do an overlay to show what created that Mark?
