Found this roll hunting today, to the naked eye most of the obverse devices are non existent. You can see the 2***, L**erty and only the top edge of the "in God we trust. The first pics are more of the true color to the naked eye and the second set is under a super bright flourecent light. Do think it is Struck Through Grease or a light strike or? Thanks in advance.

The difference between Grease Fill and polishing again. HOW WIDE ARE THE LETTERS? there is the answer.

Over-polishing will leave the skinnier devices as shallow imprints.

Okay so the letters aren't thinned, does that mean it is grease?

Sorry for having to ask so many questions, I do try to look around the web first but you guys have better info than what I find. I know you feel like you repeat info a lot

You have yourself a pretty decent Greaser. Worthy of a flip as an educational piece.

Grease Fill or debris played a roll. But some coins can show a combination of mentioned issues. I think I see a little of everything going on here, but does differ in intensity between images.

Images seems to show some die wear and die polishing on top of IGWT. Grease on the lower obverse. Some weakness on SW rim obverse and a bit weakness on the memorial reverse. Probably covered to many bases, but that's what I see with current images. Thanks, Doug.
