The coin presents a grading quandary because it lies at a price break point for the issue. A vg8 1904-O Barber half sells for about $30. An f12 example sells at around $100. Weak strike evident on the upper R shield (facing) so you have the lack of wing detail but full E Pluribus Unum. It's a squeaker VG-11, and a nice pick up for $29.
