I'm not good at grading but that is a beautiful 1951  As far as the nose, looks like he has a couple of warts or moles and one on his lower lip.  I can't tell, but these may be small die chips.

Yeah, maybe 63, but like stated weird color - maybe just the picture? Very common to find in that condition but I always like a RED Wheat cent - to see bright shiny wheat stalks is just too cool!
