Delaware Quarter "greaser"? What Would Cause This Anomaly?

This is another State Quarter I had in my change and noticed something wierd shooting out below the horse's belly in my Delaware State Quarter. It kind of looks like flames coming out from the belly close to the hind legs. Also noticed what looks like possible doubling of the horse belly directly below the rider's foot in the stirrup. I am a newbie to the forum and a very amateur collector trying to learn to differentiate an error from common mishaps in the striking process. Any information or links to info are greatly appreciated! Here are the pics. . .

Looks like Machine Doubling and under the horse a die clash.

I would keep it for now. This is the first one I feel is a clash that I've seen for that year/State. I don't have an overlay, but I'm sure that is what it is. It is like the nickel clash with the eyes under the base. But on yours it Washington's hair.
