Hey guys I came across this today and I got a feeling this might be a good one. Has anyone seen one like this before? I'm new to this so I dont really know how or what to look for quite yet. Any help would be appreciated.

It kind of looks like it was used to complete an electrical circuit. I think it's just post-mint damage ( PMD).
