Sorry for the bad photo, coin is not in my possession. Trying to figure out if it has been cleaned.

Single blurry obverse photo makes it impossible to be certain.

Bright luster remaining in hidden recesses and tight detail elements indicates it may NOT be cleaned.

But no way to know to be certain from that photo.

Better pics will confirm if it has been cleaned. I see hairlines on the left obverse field and the cheek, so I think it's been cleaned. Better pics would help, because if it's only lightly cleaned, it may still be considered market acceptable.
