hi everyone
i have a few questions here
there appears to be a raise on 2nd & 3rd bays from the left
and also on the 4th & 5th bays from the right.
would that be considered a die clash?

there is a straight line from S on STATES all thr way down between N&T on CENT. what is that?

On the reverse, those are called Die Clashes. The die seemed to clashed twice. On the obverse, those are called Folded Rim Fins. Here are the links for Die Clashes and Folded Rim Fins. http://www.error-ref.com/die_clash/ and http://www.error-ref.com/finning/

You're very welcome! KembotMo, on the reverse side, that line was caused by the dies clashing (Die Clash). Those links I posted should help you.

In my opinion yes. I would keep it since it has a very good example of a Folded Rim Fin. I would put it in a 2x2 coin flip and write "1985 P LMC With Folded Rim Fin and reverse Die Clash".
