I used get these in Chrome on Android all the time from various sites, which is why I stuck to Firefox on mobile for a long time. However, that does not help when all in-app webpages (like viewing a link from Gmail, Newstand, Twitter, etc.) are rendered by Chrome.
These are coming from the ad-networks and not really tied to any specific site other than by targeting your phone location, browsing history, keywords on pages, etc.
That being said, there is a fix which has worked for me...
In Chrome app, open a new tab and go to 'chrome://flags'
In the 'Search flags' box enter "Framebusting" and you should find the setting 'Framebusting requires same-origin or a user gesture'
Set to 'Enabled'
You will need to restart Chrome for sure, but I had to reboot my phone to get the in-app rendering to recognize it.
