I was wondering if this would be considered a partial collar error or something a jeweler may have done. I've never seen a partial collar error before in-hand, only in pics. Thank you for your help.

I don't have much experience with these either. If I were you, I'd measure the diameter of each part of the rim and compare them to a normal coin. Given that the wider part of the rim looks fairly normal, though, I highly doubt that it's an error.

Not sure, but that Nickel looks like a slot machine Nickel to me,maybe that has something to do with the incuse ring!
