Help me identify the proper naming of the die breaks and crack.

It looks like a Die Crack with Die Chips along it's path. When the chips get 4 square millimeters or larger, they're called Die Gouges. Everywhere that is raised on your coin, was recessed on the die. The die was in pretty bad shape when it struck your coin and may have been retired before gouges could emerge.

A couple great resources on the web (beyond CCF of course) that are specifically focused on mint errors are cudsoncoins.com and error-ref.com. I'm sure that there are others too, but I find myself looking at these two the most.
