It looks like a Die Crack with Die Chips along it's path. When the chips get 4 square millimeters or larger, they're called Die Gouges. Everywhere that is raised on your coin, was recessed on the die. The die was in pretty bad shape when it struck your coin and may have been retired before gouges could emerge.
