It looks like it already has been cleaned quite a bit. I'd only continue the process if I was concerned that the green parts of the coin were actually bronze disease. Are they adherent or more chalky/powdery?

@spence the center dots are chalked up the rest is adheredish, seems like bronze disease but I don't wanna damage the coin by cleaning it either ...
