By van't Haaff's reckoning this is Orodes V, late 2nd to early 3rd centuries AD, van't Haaff type 18.1. The subtype is either 1-1A or 1-2B, but it is impossible to know which since the distinguishing characteristic is a short obverse legend at about 10:00 (1-1A's have the legend there; 1-2B's don't have a legend), and on this coin the flan is shortened in that spot. So "van't Haaff type 18.1" will have to suffice. Btw, he lists the reverse as Artemis. Report this Post to the Staff
