By van't Haaff's reckoning this is Orodes V, late 2nd to early 3rd centuries AD, van't Haaff type 18.1. The subtype is either 1-1A or 1-2B, but it is impossible to know which since the distinguishing characteristic is a short obverse legend at about 10:00 (1-1A's have the legend there; 1-2B's don't have a legend), and on this coin the flan is shortened in that spot. So "van't Haaff type 18.1" will have to suffice. Btw, he lists the reverse as Artemis.
