Looks more like die damage on that area on the bay. The direction flows in an opposite way.

Maybe a light Die Clash of the Chin or possibly a Struck-Through at Bay 9 and on the Column?

Thanks Coop for sending the overlay.

The bay is the part of the field area of the die. Any contact on the outside edge of the die, will show an alteration the die. This would show on the coins struck. Even if it was a clash, it would not warrant a premium for you coin.
