Sorry but this is post mint damage and not an error coin. Both sides of the coin are affected at the same spot. Something squeezed the coin on both sides causing the indentations.

It is often very difficult to tell what caused a particular coin's "post mint damage" but that is what this coin shows.

There is an infinite number of ways a coin can be damaged.
